Innovating to Deliver A Superior Consumer Experience
As a Products Research specialist at Procter & Gamble, I guided new product development and front end innovation by identifying consumer pain points.

Designing for Premium Consumers: I designed and executed an 18-month consumer research plan that served as the backbone for the development and validation of an innovative, premium product. The product addressed several consumer pain points around their sensory experience. The prototype was celebrated for its potential to disrupt the commoditization in its market.

CRAFT BEER
As an innovation consultant for a craft brewery, I used design thinking to uncover insights, prototype solutions, and advise on how to better connect with consumers in retail channels.
We prototyped dozens of solutions and iterated on these, ultimately refining our prototypes into to several MVPs. Our client can launch these MVPs in the next year to test and learn from as they continue to grow their business.

As an innovation consultant for a global athletic apparel company, I used design thinking to recommend how to authentically a new industry: E-Sports.
Research: Full immersion into a gamer's world enabled me and my team to understand the true wants and needs of e-sports enthusiasts.
Design: Rooted in our consumer insights, my team prototyped and designed dozens of solutions for the client.
Build: After selecting a lead idea based on desirability, feasibility, and viability, we built out the go-to-market plan and business model that set the client up for long-term growth in the e-sports space.
